These accounts are sub-accounts of our main accounts so they technically are our accounts.  All we are doing is acting as the processing center for the checks that they take that are drawn on U.S. Banks "ONLY".

The merchant takes the phone check, fax check or e-check and submits it to us for electronic (EFT) processing.  We collect the funds within 3 days. If the merchant processed it himself he would have to wait for a physical check top come in the ,mail and the deposit it in his account. Because of having to cross International borders it would take the merchant 2 to 6 months of these funds to actually be delivered to him or returned as NSF!

These transactions can be single one time transactions or monthly recurring transactions!
