We monitor each Bad Check writer's account daily and send a
electronic funds transfer when the money is there! If we
get a check in today and the money is there, we send it today.
If it takes 60 days to find the funds there then we wait for 60
days.
Unfortunately most accounts that stay in a negative balance
for 3 weeks or longer will be closed by the bank. But as
long as the Bad Check writer's account is open we will continue
to monitor it. A Bad Check can be electronically
represented two times and up until they are 180 days old.
We ill attempt twice in the last month on random shot if the
funds have not been available prior to this time.
We can save you money with re-deposits: Typically
banks charge a redeposit fee for NSF checks of $3 to $5.00. Alpha Check Express
we will electronically represent them for you up to two times at
NO Charge! You should audit your bank statements and see
how much money this feature alone would save you.
Our Collection Rates are significantly higher:
The longer it takes a NSF check to go through the system, the
lower the chance of a quick check recovery. With our electronic
NSF check recovery, our rates are about 70% with our system. Our
collection rate is about 85% combining RCK along with
traditional methods. |

Over 180 it is 35%. over a year it is 50%.
If the merchant does not want us to pursue the secondary or
traditional collections we will not.
But if the ,merchant wants us to we will pursue the
collections all the way thru filing charges with the District
Attorney's office!

After, and only after, electronic collection has been exhausted
we put all checks into Secondary or "Traditional" collections.
We will politely and courteously pursue the
bad check writer via mail and phone calls. With this
Traditional Check Collection feature added to our electronic bad
check collections our combined
success rate exceeds 85%.
Merchants are NOT required to have us perform
the secondary collection. We can help with items over 180 days old
all the way up to two years old.
